Need Outbounders to cold call (Lead Generation)

I own a Burial Insurance Company in the USA. I am looking for someone with a proven track record when it comes to cold calls/lead generation. If chosen you will have to make cold calls, possibly 30 bad calls just to find 1 good prospect to set an appointment, so I can contact them at a later time. I would prefer someone with a great telephone voice and a good outbounders.com rating.
