Outbound calls and other work that can be done from a remote location

I need someone interested in full time or part time work calling tenants interested in our rental property as well as calling landlords who own rental property in our city in an effort to get them interested in our property management services.

This can be part time from 7 or 8 am to 12 or 1pm (New York time zone) or 9am to 5 pm.

I am flexible and am willing to work around the right persons preferred schedule. This has the potential to be a long term position with bonus checks!
