WHAT YOU'LL DO
Qualify all inbound leads that come in through our website.
Establish the needs of each qualified prospect.
Schedule and execute walk-throughs of the Centmax system.
On-board all customers that decide to move forward.
Identify possible changes to continually improve the customer on-boarding process.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1-3 years sales experience in the B2B environment. (SAAS preferred)
Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
Proven track record of exceeding monthly or quarterly sales goals.
Experience with the Salesforce platform is a plus.
Established network of business owners and executives.
We have a high-end auto dialer so you are able to make many cold calls each day. There is no need to dial by hand. The auto dialer does everything for you from dialing phone numbers and scheduling call back appointments. This is a fairly competitive industry, but growing exponentially, and you will need to be able to deal with frequent rejection, and continue to "pound the phone." So if you like to negotiate and win new business, this job may be for you. If you enjoy one or two call closes and discussing financial agreements with business owners, you would probably really enjoy our business model and the position.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES):
1. Comfortable working on straight commission with a mandatory minimum weekly sales quota.
2. Familiarity with using a phone dialer.
3. EXTREMELY STRONG cold calling experience selling on the telephone.
4. Quiet home working environment.
5. Newer computer with good Internet access.
6. Outgoing personality and seasoned closing skills (we only hire sales closers, not customer service reps!)
7. Good Time Management Skills.
8. Accountability.
9. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
10. Comfortable working within a sales quota based system.
11. An excellent work ethic.
12. Fluent reading, writing, and speaking of the English language.
COMPENSATION AND PERKS
3.00 per hr + quarterly bonuses.
