Telemarketing Position

Our company (FuturePlan Property) is an integrated financial services company that deals with U.S and Australian investment properties, self managed super funds, tax minimisation strategies, mortgage broking and retirement planning. Our directors have a combined 30 years experience in this industry.

We are bringing on 2 new teams to join our existing appointment setting team in Australia.

Team 1: Lead Generation
a. Contact cold call leads and conduct a 2 minute survey.
b. Team of 3.

Team 2: Appointment Setting
a. Contact warm and cold leads to organize an appointment with an investment consultant.
b. Team of 3.

To gage who will be suitable for either team, we will be conducting a selection process that involves the following 3 stages:
1. Skype interview
2. 3 day script and product training – unpaid
3. 1 week work trial period - paid

Each stage in the process will have targets to achieve to progress to the next stage. At the end of the selection process you will be advised whether you have secured ongoing work.

We will be paying AUS$5 per hour for this project to the Lead Generation team and AUS$6 per hour to the Appointment Setting team. Each team will also have monthly bonuses based on performance.

We have the following work times available:
Monday to Friday
o 2pm – 7pm, or
o 3pm – 8pm

Saturday
o 9am – 2pm, or
o 10am – 3pm

All times are Perth, WA time. We require a minimum commitment of 2 shifts per week (10 hours). We can offer a maximum of 6 shifts per week (30 hours)
