Position Summary
Our 11 years old company is rapidly expanding and we are looking to hire a few new entry level sales representatives.
This position offers lots of room to grow and the stability of working with a company based in Beverly Hills, CA with a proven track record. We offer a one a kind training for all employee helping our loyal employees become an asset.
The Inside Sales Representative will initially start as an Appointment Setter who will act as the first contact for prospects through both inbound and outbound calls. Responsible for supporting sales and business development within a defined territory, the Insides Sales Professional will qualify leads, set appointments based on provided script. This unique position offers a HUGE growth potential for the right candidate where you will be promoted to sales person within 30-60 days with a 30% commission structure and salary once you prove your skills in your start-up period.
The position offers an average pay of $20 per hour on the following breakdown
Base of $5 per hour + $7.5 per set and confirmed appointment (our current employees are setting an average of 2-3 appointments per hour)
There are also various bonus pay and gifts such as tablets, gift cards, and electronics for reaching companywide goals.
Training
Upon employment you will be working one-on-one with your own sales training coach and will be provided various scripts on how to get through gate keepers, set appointments and flourish quickly. As a part of your training you will be involved in role playing and will be coached on how to polish your skills getting you ready for a long career in our company.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Outbound calls per day
• Appointments set per week
• Confirmation of the appointments for presentation of the sales person
Core Functions:
• Proactively call into accounts on target lists with the goal of setting appointments for outside sales reps
• Work with calendars and schedules to set appointments for outside sales team
• Follow up and confirm appointments set with prospects
• Guide prospects through online purchase process as needed
• Handle objections using techniques to get through gatekeepers to the decision makers
• Report KPI’s on a daily and weekly basis
• Follow internal reporting processes for logging communication and activity in CRM and dialer software
• Responsible for gaining understanding of target markets, verticals and location terminology
Required Skills & Experience
• 2 to 3 years of telemarketing experience
• Coachable
• Good speaking voice / demeanor
• Little or no English Accent
• Experience selling B2B products and services
• Ability to manage cold calls and referred leads
• Thick skin – ability to effectively deal with rejection and move forward to success
• Self-driven, ambitious and professional
• Has a desire to help small businesses succeed
