Sales Associate

We are looking to hire three sales associates who are available during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (Eastern Daylight Time). You will be able to work independently, meaning market or sale in the way that suits you best, as long as it doesn't go against our company policies. You'll be working alongside our sales director and manager who will be responsible for tracking and monitoring your sales activity.

This is an hourly position with a sale quota of three sales minimum per week, any sales made over your weekly quota you will receive commission for. This is a temporary to permanently position pay rises, benefits and promotions may be available after probation period to those who meet company expectations.

Job Description:
Your responsibilities:

- Identify new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of goods/services
- Educate and engage prospects through product demonstrations
- Meet specified quotas and deadlines
- Maintain knowledge of the company's offerings
- Make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations and closed sales
- Source and develop client relationships and referrals
