Outbound Calling/Telemarketing for Real Estate Investing

Outbound calling job, specific to Real Estate Investing. Looking for someone with telemarketing and sales experience -- only need person to be able to follow specific instructions and scripts, that I will provide, and enter into a landing page. However - I am looking for someone with good Conversational skills. This isn't "hard" cold-calling off a script -- I want someone who is comfortable on the phones and can create rapport with B2B calls.

I will provide all of the training materials, scripts and tools to get this done. Just need someone to make the phone calls using a Google Voice number that I will provide.

Excellent conversational English mandatory. Be able to adapt to various questions that may arise.

If goes well, I may have future opportunities for more calls.
