5-10 APPOINTMENTS = 5.00 PER APPOINTMENT
10-15 APPOINTMENTS = 8.00 PER APPOINTMENT
15-25 APPOINTMENTS = 12.00 PER APPOINTMENT
25+ APPOINTMENTS = 15 PER APPOINTMENT
50 DOLLAR BONUS FOR 20 APPOINTMENTS OR MORE IN A WEEK
THE PER APPOINTMENT PAYOUT CHANGES FOR ALL APPOINTMENT
