Need Outbounders to be emailing and then calling prospects

I need an Outbounder to email and then follow up with a phone call, professional expatriates in Asia Cities. The professionals should be expats only and leaders in their industry / work area.
I have 6 categories on my website that I need 'experts' to fill. The 6 areas of industry / work are;

Relocation
Finance
Education
Health
Property
Kids

I have 3 slots for a PREMIER expert across each the 6 categories at USD$249 a month for a min of 3 months.

I have 6 slots for a STANDARD expert across each of the 6 categories from USD149 a month for a min of 3 months.

I need all these slots sold. The website goes live in 8 days!
