I need skilled and passionate outbounders who have experience and proven success only. Have to be very personable, knowledgable about my business/industry and have excellent English proficiency. You will get paid an hourly rate but you will also recerive a generous commission of $50.00 for each phone sale and a bonus of $350.00 for every ten sales you make on top of that. You can sell over 50 people per class and there is 16 classes per year!
The people you will talk to are already interested.. They initially contacted us. They will have questions and concerns and they need to be addressed. They will also have excuses to not register with you right then so that is the hurdle you need to overcome and ensure that they register when you speak to them. You will not get another opportunity. It is very rare. Follow-ups with those who do not answer of when you leave voice mails, need to be done with 24 hours. You can offer incentives but you must have inventive skills to be extremely persuasive but not overwhemingly just convincing.
You will overwhelm them because we have no competition and are truly the best in the world at what we do. You are selling a Bounty Hunter course to wide range of people from law enforcement (police), Military and civilians. Some of them are savvy so you must be on top of your game. No scripts will do!
We have been on every TV show, millions of front-page newspapers articles, 25 international documentatires and much more. The obstacles you will face is generally always about money. They will lie and tell you they either; do not have it, do not get paid until Friday or will call you back with payment which they never do. The other is they want to know if there is guaranteed employment. If you think you can overcome those obstacles, you are the person(s) I am looking for. They truly want to be a Bounty Hunter but are afraid to commit.

The second you get on the phone with my people, you must be friendly and cordial. Get them immediately into the mood where you want them to be. I am NOT a sales person but certainly know how to tantalize them with words.
You also need to be articulate, If they sense you stutter or pause, they will get turned off and beleive they are in the wrong place. You can offer them to register just with a deposit instead of full payment for those who are skeptical. They then can pay the balance when they arrive at the course. Since, closing is critical and these are warm to hot leads, my hourly offer may seem low to some but the commissions are big. The hourly will vary depending upon experience and the interview. I am setting the top dollar of what I am willing to pay per hour. You get $50.00 commission for every sale.
