- Self motivated and creative in finding solutions with little supervision
- Who has previous or current experience with closing online marketing/SEO related sales to various businesses
- who can speak proper American English with very little accent who can relate with the American customers

Depending on how well this goes, the applicants can be rewarded with more future projects.
