Need an outbounder to sell 4 spaces in a brochure

I have an awesome advertising space at a steal!

I'm about to launch a boxed hair care line and will be including an 8-paged brochure in each box. Initial order is for 5,000 boxes and I'd like to sell the middle pages of the brochure as ad space: 4 spaces, each half of an A5 page, £500 each space or £750 for a full page.

Two-thirds of these boxes will be sold in the US, one-third in the UK.

The product line is targeted at women with dry hair as an issue. This ad space would be great for complimentary beauty products, i.e. anything but hair.

I need someone to email, then call a range of beauty companies. As a starting point, one of these 15 monthly beauty box companies could be interested (all except CurlBox):

I'll obviously only sell the space for a product that I know my fans will like and I'm happy to sell this ad space for just £500 ($750). My brochure designer will add the images and copy to the brochure so the company that is interested doesn't need to get a designer or anything, it's included.

This is a low budget project. I need a fixed quote from someone for emailing and calling just these 15 companies. I am assuming sending out 15 emails will take a couple of hours. I will provide draft copy that can be edited each time.

Then 5 days later I would like you to spend upto 15 minutes chasing each person that you emailed at the company and try to sell this space over the phone. Basically, a total of about 6 hours of work is needed for this job. You would need to keep a record of people called and phone numbers in excel.
