ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, INBOUND SALES, WEBINARS. NO COLD CALLING!
A fast growing SaaS, B2B company is looking to add several qualified and experienced account managers to its team. Our customer base is global, although the primary work hours will be along the US time zones.
The Account Manager's job will include learning the native application, being able to demonstrate it through "one on one" online webinars to prospective clients, manage the leads that derive from those webinars and close the business.
Our marketing effort currently draws a number of "free trail" users that is in excess of our current capacity to properly bring them to closure. As a result, the account managers will also receive assigned "free trial" users who are at various stages of evaluating our system and be responsible for closing a fair share of them. All work will be via internet (email, webinars...) and VOIP telephony.
We are prepared to pay a competitive hourly wage and a bonus based on performance.
The location of the account manager is not important. Here are the most important criteria for hire:
1) Experience in managing B2B sales process
2) Effective communication skills (Excellent command of English language required)
3) Proven ability to think creatively and NOT follow a script
4) Experience in managing and delivering webinar style presentations (demonstrating product's capabilities)
5) Ability to work as a Team
6) Reliability and punctuality
7) Reliable access to robust internet connection and professional work environment
