Need telemarketer to call pre screened mortgage leads

I need a great Outbounder to call a list of about 2000 pre screened applicants. Job candidate will inform them that they qualify for a mortgage insurance reduction through new FHA guidelines. The goal is to get them to agree to speak with a licensed mortgage professional who will call them back shortly.
