Need outbounder to call prospects

We are an Insurance Brokerage firm looking for a lead generator for our Insurance Advisors.

We are Looking for:

We are looking for a skilled contractor who can locate prospects, define what the prospects needs are and ensure they align with our clients needs, then after qualifying the lead schedule an appointment with them and transfer the appointment to a sales agent to close the deal.


CONTRACT TERMS:
We have hired and worked with several offshore contractors over the years. We have also become responsive to how to best control the work environment and ensure that both parties gets treated fairly. That being said if selected you will be under a 2 week probationary period in which you will need to validate to us that you are capable of performing the job and all of its required duties. Upon completion of the 2 week period we will then decide to hire you directly on as a part-time contractor or not. This will be an informed discussion with you in regards to the decision making process. Basically, if you apply, work hard, perform per the instructions and provide us with valid leads then the decision will be easy for us and we all will end up very happy.

The contract will start immediately. The baseline is to provide no less than 3 appointments per week from a list and follow up leads that we will send you to contact.
