Looking to generate and close deals

I need skilled phone sales people to potentially close deals. We are in the financial business and sell funding options to government contractors and are looking to do a test that could become an ongoing program. We have a list of 1,000 Businesses and phone #'s we will start with.

English MUST be your first language and must have actual sales experience.. We are not looking for turnovers of "warm leads" but close-able deals.

A lead is anyone who asks for and completes an app and sends in the support documentation. A close is anyone who funds..

If you have any questions please ask ... We are setting up the pay scale to compensate for time and reward for performance.. We are paying $5.00 per hour to compensate for time + 5.00 for every app received with a bonus of $100 for every deal funded

We have had bad experiences in the past with telemarketing where we have had lot's of turnovers that were not really interested and have a high internal cost per close. We are not interested in quantity
but in quality. Our people will help you close the deal. The question the client needs to answer is would more money help me grow my business and commit to it by filling out an app and sending in support documentation..
