Real estate investor in the United States looking for a phone sales person to help with the following:
* Follow up leads by calling them via phone or Skype to obtain additional information about their property, by building rapport with these potential sellers over the phone. You'll need to discover their needs and their motivations. You will also need to present solutions to their needs, and bring a transaction to a successful close.
* Follow up with sellers to make offers on properties (I will tell you what the offer amounts are after reviewing the comparables' research)
In order to be considered for this job you MUST have the following:
* Native or near-native English-speaking accent (American/British/Australian)
- Strong phone sales skills
- Fluency in writing and conversing, perfect grammar, and complete command of the English language.
- Capacity and willingness to perform multiple duties within limited timeframes
- A communication style, presence and demeanor which builds rapport and creates trust
- Ability to drive and manage active communication with potential property sellers
- Exemplary interpersonal/relationship skills
- Dependability and responsiveness
- Practical and recent knowledge real estate
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Fast learner and possessing a quick grasp of instruction, concepts and ideas
- Must have good computer-skills, specifically knowledge of Excel, Gmail, Dropbox, and general ability to use Windows-based software.
- Preference for those with prior experience and knowledge of using CRM software (specifically Podio).
Special consideration will be given to candidates that have prior experience in helping real estate investors or related type of businesses.
I will provide scripts and training on all software and procedures.
