Solar Energy Company needs outbounder to schedule site survey

Hi,

I need an English and Spanish speaking out-bounder who's job duties will consist of:


1. Make outbound calls to clients and schedule a site survey for their solar power installation.

You will be required to confirm information we have on file and receive missing information such as home address and last name.

2. Receive incoming calls and schedule site survey for their solar power installation.

You will be required to and ask for clients address, last name, and needed information.

NOTE: you will never ask for credit card info nor social security numbers


-Must have strong internet for VOIP calls
-English/Spanish Speaking
-Data entry required
