Our training company based in London require a dedicated telemarketing/telesales executive who will be able to generate leads by cold calling UK hospitality businesses. We are a training company who specialise in the luxury market and the telemarketing executive will be calling into 4 & 5 star hotels and speaking with the HR representatives.
Experience in a hospitality or environment would be beneficial but not essential. What is more important is your enthusiasm and ability to engage potential clients and build relationships that will result in an increase in sales.
The position is for 10 hours per week. We'll review after three weeks to determine the level of interest and the successful candidates sales abilities. We would like this position to be a long term and ongoing contract for the correct candidate.
Experience Required:
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Hospitality or hotel experience would be beneficial
- Sales experience required
Other Requirements:
- Strong and stable internet connection
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Ability to work UK business hours between 10am - 4pm
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage outbound cold calls to potential clients, from existing database.
- Contact HR representatives of hospitality and hotel companies in order to determine training needs
- Explain company training services and answer questions and requests for information as they arise
- Obtain the correct names, positions and contact details of relevant decision makers
- Supply a brief daily report of the days calling together with any prospects that require follow up
- Work UK business hours within the time-frame of 10am to 4pm
