Need Outbounders for Market Survey - Obtain Rental Rates and Occupancy

I need 2 outbounders to obtain Independent Living (Senior Housing) rental rates and occupancy for 30+ facilities in the Midwest region of the US.

Musts-
Knowledge of real estate, senior housing, apartments
Speak fluent English. American dialect is a plus.
Be able to receive call backs. Some facilities will need to call you back with rates.

For this job I will give you a list of leads with information from previous surveys. You will need to confirm/update the information with the marketing agent at the community.

Expectation is 4-5 confirmations per hour. Potential for ongoing work for the right individual.

Need someone for Monday April 13 start date.
