Sales Assistant

We are looking to hire 5-10 work-from-home Sales Assistants to assist in new business sales. I am looking for men and women who are hard-working, honest, posses great people skills, and would love to work from home.


Job Description:
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for calling individuals who have previously expressed an interest in free life insurance quotes. The Sales Assistant's job is to filter through the leads and qualify/verify prospective clients who are "really" interested vs. "just looking." You will call, using a CRM program.

Strict Requirements:
-Excellent and proper speech
-A completely quiet work environment
-A web camera (as we, the team, will communicate via Oovoo on a regular basis)
-A fast computer with fast internet speed (wireless connectivity will NOT work. You MUST have the computer plugged in via Ethernet)
-A headset which plugs into your computer (preferably USB)
-Great ability to connect with people and great convincing skills
-You MUST be computer literate
-You MUST have great professionalism because all calls are recorded


Compensation:
Pay via Direct Deposit
-1099 Independent Contractor
Regular Commission:
$100 base per sale
Regular commissions are paid out every Friday for all finalized business up to that Thursday.

Weekly Bonus:
3+ Sales Closed= $25 extra per sale
The weekly bonus is paid every Friday for the week prior

Monthly Bonus:
15+ Closes in a month= $50 extra per sale


*There will also be additional contests held each month as well.
*Our video conference meetings will be held every Monday at 6 p.m. EST.


Absolutely no selling is involved. You will simply speak to people who have previously expressed an interest in life insurance quotes. If someone confirms that they are still interested, you will simply enter the prospect's information at www.cfsglobal.us, entering your name as the referring Sales Assistant. If a lead does actually purchase (and is approved, based on health), it should take no longer than 2 weeks for commissions to be paid out.
