• Use telesales techniques to promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers.
• Generate sales by responding to customer inquiries, following up on campaigns and making outbound calls.
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business for BTSC's products and services.
• Assess the needs of customers, educate them about product lines, and develop the appropriate value propositions to close sales.
• Maintain a basic customer profile for all customers, including contact names and corresponding information.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and increase revenue by identifying new and incremental sales opportunities with new and existing customers, and to close additional sales.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential interest in our products.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers. Identify advantages and compare organization's products.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Analyze the territory/market potential and determine the value of prospective customer’s value to the organization.
• Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products.
• Stay abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
• Adhere to company policies and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
