Inside Sales Appointment Setting

Who We Are – Roma Tailors LLC is a 'Business to Consumer /Business direct custom clothing service company.

We assist customers in meeting their wardrobe needs in the comfort of their home or office as well as in our showroom.

Who We Are Looking For - We are in search of a professional and experienced Inside Sales Representative who understands the B2B world.

We provide a much needed service (custom CLOTHING consultant) to nearly every type of person. Our target customers require multiple contacts/touches in order to gather the information we need to create a selling opportunity.

You will need to do the following.
• Make initial contact with target prospects
• Qualify prospects
• Gather information (decision maker contact details, current service situation, purchasing cycle)
• Set up a phone call with the prospect / decision maker
• Arrange an onsite meeting for the custom clothier
• Update our CRM with accurate information and work to increase the number of leads via independent lists and other research.
Experience Required
• Minimum of two years inside sales/support role with the following:
o Out-going call experience
o Question-based information gathering
o Appointment setting
o Lead qualification
o Email follow-up and marketing
o CRM lead management experience
• Experience in the building service industry is a plus but not required
• B2B business service industry experience
• Demonstrated record of success on the phone
• Performance based compensation, per scheduled appointment +seen appointment monthly bonus
