Telemarketing - Need outbound callers to call prospects

I am seeking to use the services of a native/close to native English speaker, who has access to VOIP phone which can make calls internationally. The requirement is on a part time basis initially, but will gradually turn into more hours depending on the business that you will be generating.

More details will be explained on a call (Skype or a similar tool).

Requirements:

> Understanding of IT platforms and Softwares like Java, Oracle etc.
> Good phone manners and friendly
> Computer skills like Google Docs, MS Excel, Skype, Email etc.
> Quiet work area with no background noises.

Compensation: Due to budgetary constraints I am looking at less than $5/hr and $10 as an allowance for every sale you get.
