We have an immediate opening for an experienced business to business relationship builder. You will utilize your phone skills to contact leads, build relationships and schedule appointments for our sales team.

You will work from home and the position requires that you have a PC and high speed internet access. This position has the ability to earn residual income from sales. It is an Independent Contractor position. We are looking for someone who is looking for a career and advancement opportunity.
Only skilled inside sales professionals with prior experience calling B2B will be considered.

Key responsibilities include:
• Contacting our targeted demographic organizations by phone
• Set appointments with key decision makers for Belmero's sales team
• Using and keeping contact records up to date in our CRM tool.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Belmero's products and services and how they relate to customers’ needs
• Meet and exceed monthly appointment setting quota

Job requirements:
• 5+ years of inside business development or sales experience
• Extremely tenacious, disciplined and self-motivated
• Goal Driven and motivated to earn commission
• Outstanding verbal and written communications
• Personable and friendly phone persona, with the ability to persuade potential contacts to agree to take a meeting regarding Belmero's products and services
• Capable of developing immediate rapport to win trust and overcome objections
• Must be comfortable and capable of spending up to 90-95% of the day on the phone and making a minimum of 100 -150 outbound calls per day, with the goal of scheduling 2- 4 solid appointments a day with decision makers.
• Must be able to work from your own home without interruptions with a High-Speed Internet Access.
• Availability to work at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
• Must have Headset
• Experience working with an CRM a plus
• Experience in healthcare and ERP software a plus
