Expert Lead Generator / Inside Sales

Growing Performance Engineering consulting company needs expert qualified lead generator and sales support professional.

We are looking for a telephone sales professional who will: Contact IT directors and managers to determine interest/need for our services using combination phone and email; Effectively communicate our value proposition; Set appointments for follow up presentation. Use Salesforce CRM system to manage their activity; North American based agents only with English as the primary language.

We will provide: Initial training and orientation, including a suggested scripting/questions; Leads from list and LinkedIn; CRM system access; Fee based on hourly rate + plus commission of 2% of contract sales (Contract sale size from $10-50k).

What Candidates Need: The drive, organization and persistence to connect with individuals; Follow up to support Performatec partners to close deals, using your sales experience and interpersonal skills; The desire to earn a fixed rate base plus commissions for each sale; Reliable Internet connection and telephone service.
