We are a energy management company and we need Virtual Assistants to work our help desk and chat support. The job is simple. People will press #1 after listening to a short message about our products. You will tell them what we do, how our product works, and try to set an appointment if they are interested. You will answer support tickets, and take messages also. Appointment setting is required.
-Must have Prefect English Spelling And Grammar
-Be able to work 9am-3pm MT Monday - Friday
-Follow directions well
-Must be able to ask questions if you don't understand
-Needs to be able to work alone
-Pay will vary per hour depending on odesk experience and feedback
