Experienced Customer Service Specialist

This is a FULL TIME, PERMANENT position. We offer a VERY competitive basic salary + generous commissions.

We are a growing company hiring confident and result driven Customer Service Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- Process orders
- Be the point of contact of customers
- Get customer reviews
- Other tasks assigned by the client

-Have quite work environment with ABSOLUTELY no inside or outside noise.
-Have a PERFECTLY working computer that is used only for work.
-Have a strong and stable internet connection

-Have perfect spoken and written American English
-Can handle heavy work load, great at multitasking
-Be very humble and willing to work in a team environment.
-Must be able to work extended hours and weekends IF asked.
-Must be able to work all US time zones IF asked
