Your role will be to contact residential households and businesses across Australia offering Nationally Recognized Diploma Course Under the VET FEE HELP; An Australian Government loan scheme that assist eligible students with paying tuition fees.
Which means that pay NO UPFRONT FEES and NO UPFRONT FEES if they qualify.
Working on a commission basis the more you sell- the more you earn!
Confidence in communicating over the phone is essential for success in this role. You will need to be able to build rapport quickly and make conversation easily as well as use effective questioning techniques to engage their interest.
If you are a real 'people person' who has an excellent level of spoken and written English as well as great personal presentation then this is the job for you.
Other attributes that you need to succeed are a positive attitude, drive, tenacity and perseverance. It is essential that you are motivated, presentable, and trustworthy.
You will also need to be good at planning your day to make the best use of your time, keep accurate records of sales calls and do call backs. Developing referrals and chasing leads will further add to your success.
All training materials such as scripts and course information are provided.
To suit full or part time workers.
Rates are $50 per Successful enrolment which will be paid after students pass their first census date which will be 5-6 weeks after they commence their chosen Diploma Course.
Commission structure is as follows base on Enrolments achieved per month
(ALL STUDENTS MUST PASS THEIR CENSUS DATE TO BE RECOGNIZED AS A SUCCESSFUL ENROLLMENT).
10 Enrolment x $50 = $500 + a $100 bonus = Total $600
15 Enrolments x $50 = $750 + a $150 bonus = Total $900
20 Enrolments x $60 = $1200 + a $200 Bonus = Total $1400
25 Enrolments x $60 = $1500 + a $250 Bonus = Total $1750
30 Enrolments x $70 = $2100 + a $300 Bonus = Total $2400
35 Enrolments x $70 = $2450 + a $350 Bonus = Total $2800
40 Enrolments x $80 = $3200 + a $400 Bonus = Total $3600
45 Enrolments x $80 = $3600 + a $450 Bonus = Total $4050
50 Enrolments x $90 = $4500 + a $500 Bonus = Total $5000
Leads are provided and Bonuses are paid for Self-generated Leads.
