As a Telemarketing Representative you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers.
Responsibilities include:
• Processing payments
• Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services,
• Soliciting sales of new or additional services or products to prospective customers.
• Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
