I am looking for sales people who can make sales through cold calls. I am willing to pay hourly and then I will pay a $10 bonus for each sale on top of the hourly budget. If you can create your own script from the details I send you, that would be favorable, but it is not completely necessary. If you can also provide leads, that would also be in your favor, but again not necessary.
If you are interested, please reply with your hourly rate and let me know what your closing rate is. (ie. 1 Sale an hour / one sale every two hours / 1 sale a day, etc.) Also let me know what items you have sold before and your experience.
