Calling for a Real Estate Company

I need someone to call expired and for sale by owner to see if they want to list their property with our company. Need someone who can ask some questions, explain our program and schedule appointments for us to follow up with. This will be around 10 hours per week to start and more if their is success. Bonus will be paid for listings.
