We are a property investment company in Brisbane, Australia. We require an appointment setter, internet marketer that can supply us with Property Investment Qualified leads. We will provide the script and basic qualifying questions. We need 5 leads a week to start and we want to do a 4 week trial. We will pay a flat fee of $10 per supplied lead.
The process:
We provide the script, residential list or business list, basic qualifying questions, you obtain a preferred appointment day from the client, give us the lead and our consultant will further qualify and book an exact day/time for the appointment.
Appointment Setters must speak fluent English, do not contact people on the Do Not Call Register. All leads must be genuine, when we call them to confirm. If we are told they were never contacted, or they weren’t interested this means you are not being honest and your contract will be terminated.
We need some-one who can start immediately with a view to starting next Monday. Leads must be home owners, in the work force and under the age of 60 or people interested to invest in property.
Leads must be for the Penrith NSW area, Australia. If you think you can supply leads to other major cities in Australia please let me know.
Payment Arrangement:
Leads must be seen and qualified before a payment is made. Payment will take place the next day after the client is seen.
