BASIC FUNCTION: Make outbound calls for clients based on provided scripts. This involves obtaining and verifying customer information, asking about the current services they have and referring them to companies with much more competitive offers.

• At least 1 year Call Center Experience (Preferably Sales Experience)
• Energetic and Highly Motivated
• Detail-oriented and Customer-focused
• Ability to Handle Irate Customers
• Can Work Well in a Team
