CuraCall - Homecare Answering Service - Full-time
CuraCall is currently seeking experienced, outgoing, energetic Telemarketers/Appointment Setters for answering service sales exclusively to the Home Health Industry. Future Management positions available evening opportunity possibility depending on performance!!!! You will be paid a salary plus incentive for each qualified sale.
Hours are M-F 9am - 5pm NY-EST
In this position, the responsible person will cold call potential customers to schedule conference calls for the President of the company. During the call, you will qualify the customer and determine service needs. All call information will be logged and scheduled within our CRM and perform other related work as required.
Qualifications:
- A professional, courteous, and caring telephone manner.
- Patience and endurance to cold call all day.
- Able to handle the urgency of each task, while making each customer feel they are your most important customer of the day.
- Be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and follow instructions.
- Completes tasks and assignments as scheduled and ontime.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills such as, communication, problem solving, and organizational.
- 2+years of experience in telemarketing, appointment setting.
- CRM and Dialer Experience desired.
