Greetings,
I have a website development company and we provide these 3 basic services, but can do more:
- Websites (All kinds - E Comemrce, Legal, etc)
- Phone Apps (IOS, Android, Both)
- SEO (Guaranteed rankings)
I am looking for 1-2 individuals who will basically utilize their own lead list, or mine, and generate customer interest for me. You will initially be calling about 3-4 hours a day, starting from 9 AM PST - 2 PM PST/California USA time.
You will utilize my list, or yours, to contact local customers in my area, ask them on their interest level of developing a website, phone app, or ranking their website, and then tracking that information to be relayed back to me. At the end of each 4 hour shift, you will track your hours, return the Excel file to me, and will provide me the contact name, phone number, what he/she is interested in, and when to call. You must also track who answered, who didnt, who was not interested, etc.
Here is how the pay scale will work:
- Initial Test Phase - You must be able to generate at least 5 leads a day - 4 Hours A Day - 3 Days A Week - Pay per Hour
- If you improve and bring business - You must be able to generate at least 10 leads a day - 4 Hours a Day - 5 Days a Week - Pay per Hour
- If you improve and bring in MORE business - You must be able to generate 20 leads a day - Will pay a daily rate and you can work 8 hours a day.
Eventually, I will put you on PAYROLL which means a full time position.
Bonuses will be paid as well.
I will CHECK each lead and verify that the person asked to be contacted and you are NOT making it up.

- How good is your English? Send me a voice recording which details that you have read above, your experience, and what you able to do.
- Have you had a job like this before? If so, explain what you did.
- Have you sold websites, phone apps, and/or SEO services before? If so, what script did you use?
- Are you available from 9 AM - 2 PM PST? California USA Time.
- Are you able to follow directions per all my requirements and send me the lead list on a daily basis?
- Are you able to record calls and share them with me for the ones who are interested?
- Send me a few clips of your voice so i hear how you speak.
- Do you have your own lead list? If so, what are you using?
- What is your HOURLY rate?
- Do you have any questions for me?
