We seek outbounders to telemarket Business to Business (B2B) Marketing Executives to explain our service and set them up with a Free Trial. We offer a "software in the cloud" solution that helps businesses (B2B) identify a steady stream of sales prospects from their websites that they wouldn't normally know about without our service. Our system emails sales staff new leads daily and is a sales prospecting tool designed for B2B sales people, marketing executives, and business owners.
We seek telesales people who want and can do the following:
* Call on decision makers. ie. Marketing VP's, Marketing Director's, etc. and pitch our product.
* Answer questions about service
* Get permission and sign up prospect (on the spot) for a 14 day free trial with no credit card needed.
* Send client by email our Start-Up Guide.
* Gain commitment from client on a date they will set up the code to their website in order for the trial to become activated. This takes usually no more than 5 minutes to perform. Usually they do it the same day or the day after. Ask them if they have someone who can do this for them, if not, we can do it for a small fee.
* Follow-up with client to insure they installed the code on their website. You will then get credited $25.00 for each code successfully installed.
That's it. Your job is done.
What we do is very easy. We offer a free trial to a very worthwhile service with no credit card necessary. But this is still sales. Those with true sales experience and can think for themselves will do well. We provide a script but it cannot be read like a robot. You must sound conversational and be able to have a normal conversation. Your personality must shine! You need to have experience in sales, be passionate and persuasive, sound upbeat and positive, speak clearly, be dedicated and committed, and be able to face rejection. Rejection is part of sales and often times it is not about you or the product. It is usually the unwillingness of the prospect to listen or fully understand the power of what's in front of them.
We are looking for long term telemarketers to join us. There will be a three day trial period for all new telemarketers.
$5.00 per hour x 5 hours x 3 trial days plus $25.00 for each successful code installed paid every week. Those who achieve the minimum # of trial sign ups/codes installed during the trial will be hired. Telemarketers will need to pitch us first as part of the interview process.
