Need to call leads in CRM & set appointments

I need experienced outbounders who are able to carry a true conversation with the prospect rather than just read off of a script. Able to read & understand the manuals that we have written and implement them carefully. Can schedule appointments on google calendar. Can update daily on number of calls made.
