Paying $11/hour for booking Life Insurance Appointments (1 quality appointment per hour minimum)

I'm paying $11/hour for booking appointments for Life Insurance where I will be driving to meet with the families. The leads that I can supply will be cold calls or you can use your own if you have another way of generating them. 1 Appointment minimum per hour and if these minimums are met and exceeded this will be a long term project with bonuses/extra commission. 12-16 Appointments per week minimum is the goal.

Some qualifications include:

-Must have your own efficient dialer already set up to dial to the USA.
-Must meet or exceed the 1 appointment per hour
