Easy pay per sale high commission

Im a SEO specialist in Minneapolis MN USA. I'm targeting local plastic surgeons. I have a website ranked on the first page of google for local plastic surgery terms. My site gets 100-120 unique visitors from people looking for plastic surgery. I want to rent my website to a surgeon for a monthly fee. At 500 per month this targeted traffic is a bargain for these high end clients. To make this a no Brainer for the client I have a software that forwords from my site to theirs so instead of showing my site it will show theirs. You can deminstrate flr the client easy if you want. I will pay a commission of $250 for the first months sale and and $250 the second month if client doesnt cancel the paypal subscription.
