Inbound Sales and Customer Service Agents

After viewing an infomercial or visiting the website, customers will call your computer by means of voice over internet with the desire to order products. Using learned product knowledge at times you will have to personalize the product to the client’s needs and persuade the caller to purchase the product or continue to receive it.

Technical requirements:
- Must have reliable high speed internet connection. (3mbps download 1mbps upload)
- 24 hour electricity
- PC processing speed : Minimal dual core 2.0 GHZs processor
- PC Memory: Minimal 2GB
- USB microphone noise reduction headset
