Inside Sales

have 20 - 30 inbound calls per day for website development projects, website edits and re-designs. We design, almost exclusively in WordPress.

I need someone experienced in inside sales and WordPress, preferably, to answer the call, qualify the lead, engage the potential client and understand their scope of work. Then input the info into our lead management system. Hopefully over time, the ideal candidate will be able to close deals for us.

We are located in the Pacific Time (PST) zone, although, we receive calls from all over the US from 5am - 5pm PST.
