I need sales experts/outbounders to talk to my prospects, followup with them whenever required and sell them one/many of my Internet Marketing Services ( SEO,Adwords, Facebook Marketing & Consulting).
These prospects will not be cold leads but these will be pre-qualified and will be only those who have interacted with us earlier or shown interest in knowing more about what we have to offer.
Here's how our typical sales cycle look like:
Step1:
We approach prospects (through email/cold calling/ web promotions etc.) and offer them a free report explaining what they need to improve regarding their online presence
Step2:
Anyone who shows interest, receives our report and gets a chance to schedule a call to discuss more options or to discuss report in detail.
Step3:
We call up these prospects, give them some details about the report which we have sent to them and then sell them on our main offerings.
Step3 is where YOU come into picture.
This will be a test project where I'll assign you 1-2 qualified leads per day for next 2 weeks time and based on your performance, I'll hire you for our long term projects.
I'll be providing you a basic 1-2 hours skype training before we put you on this project. This will help you understand our offering better and will help you fine tune how to handle objections, how to answer FAQs etc.
You might have to do 4-5 followups with same prospect based on how your first call goes. So apply only if you're excellent at follow up (this is where money is made). If you believe in making 1 call and closing sales without need of further followup, please don't apply.
Also, I'm looking for few sales super stars who can be part of our long term ongoing projects. So apply if you're really willing to give your best in this test project and if you're looking for long term ongoing earnings with many more added benefits.
If you perform like a superstar, I'll be willing to pay an additional bonus of 10% of total sales on top of your hourly rates.
