You will need to pay for your own Skype credit. If you think you are a good sales person you'll be willing to take that risk of buying your own Skype credit. (you will be reimbursed for Skype credit after your first sale) If you don't agree to this, do not apply for this job.
The job is for www.tilerdirectory.com.au which is very similar to yellowpages but for tilers only.
Basically, if you sell then you get paid I believe $36 US ($40 minus outbounders 10%) $40US is $45 Australian, which is 50% of the sale amount as paid listings are $90 AUD per year.
If you sell nothing, you get nothing. If you are interested, I do not mind you trialling this job and leaving if you don't like it.
The job will involve calling tilers in Australia to sell them a paid listing on the directory. You can find the people to call by viewing yellowpages website or tilers.com.au etc.
Remember to change your caller ID to an Australian number.
If you get a sale ideally you would get their credit card details over the phone but if they prefer to sign up themselves, if we can confirm a sign up was your sale, you will still get the reward for it.
If this project is successful, it could turn into a full time job.
