Quantum Strides (QS) is looking for a Tele Marketing executive to sell its Software Online education – Live Training Programs to prospects around the nation. With Information technology advancing at a break neck speed, there is a dire need for IT professionals to upgrade their skills and learn new skills. QS offers that opportunity to professionals and new entrants in the Information Technology Arena.
The telemarketing executive will be responsible for:
- Generating leads of potential prospects (Lead generation assistance is provided)
- Generating a winning script and strategy to enroll potential students for the live software training programs
- Tele marketing (selling) the training program and enrolling students for the program
- Maintaining the database of potential leads as well as enrolled students in CRM database (Software provided).
- Meet sales quota / goals each month
To be considered for this role you must have:
- At least 2+ years’ experience in the Tele-marketing/ Tele-sales industry
- Proven ability to generate leads using online resources (Some of these resources will be provided).
- Ability to come up with winning scripts
- Ability to adapt when the sales conversation goes outside the script
- Goal oriented
- Ambitious in terms of monetary achievement (Good commission structured is offered)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of Information Technology terminology and industry
- Basic computer skills – MS Office, Powerpoint etc
The following skills are preferred and would be a Big plus:
- Prior experience in Information Technology services Industry
- Prior experience in IT education sector
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Sugar CRM or similar tools
- Experience working with culturally diverse marketplace
- Experience working with teams working in different time zones and countries
Education: High School Diploma
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer / Engineering related field (Highly preferred)
