We are looking for someone to generate leads for installers of home improvement products such as renewable energy services, windows, kitchens and more.
You are required to contact UK homeowners and generate interest in individual or entire product portfolio. You will not require expertise in each product, just an outstanding ability to identify jobs the homeowner has planned to undertake in the short term (next 6 weeks) and obtain permission for our installers to quote for the work.
Our average conversion rate is currently 1 in 6, with our experienced operatives securing 1 confirmed lead for every 3 calls made to UK homeowners. The successful conversion rate is attributed to an established strategy and highly targeted data.
Our data is very expensive and as such we must ensure our operatives make premium use of our investment. We run a professional and structured operation which includes:
* Online management system with ability to submit your lead information in real time and keep track of your performance and earnings. Once submitted, our administrators will approve or decline your lead after contacting the customer directly to verify your information, this provides a complete overview of your activity and payment history to keep you fully updated.
* Video based telesales training designed to improve and develop your existing skills and maximize your earning potential.
* Ongoing support and coaching
* Induction training, suggested call scripts and techniques combined with comprehensive at-a-glance benefit lists to keep you informed when generating interest with the customer
* Cleverly designed processes and immense sales engineering concepts
We will guarantee you an hourly salary combined with performance based bonus payments for each lead generated. In return we want committed operatives to convert quality data into confirmed leads, only those with a desire to earn high commissions and be part of a long term project need apply.
For established operatives we will assign you access to our VoIP system in addition to the online management portal allowing you to make free calls directly from our network (we pay the cost of all calls).
We aim to increase our current team from 20 to 250 over the next 12 months but you need to demonstrate your ability in order to escalate through our organisation and achieve premium operative status. The rewards of which will be a secured income, high commission payments made weekly and the opportunity to progress to administrator level.
This position is for someone who can:
1. Promote home improvement services, solar, windows and many more
2. Generate leads for people who install these products
Payment Terms
Hourly rate - $5 per hour
1. $5 for each person that gives details of work required
2. $5.00 bonus per person for multiple services
We will pay you weekly directly into your PayPal account.
Contractor requirements
The contractor will need to meet the following requirements:
1. Have strong English and communication skills
2. Can maintain confidentiality of the company products and services
3. Understands phone etiquette and is courteous and respectful to customers
4. Is available to work during and outside business hours (days are flexible)
5. Has access to a phone service able to contact UK homeowners and record calls. Most of our agents use there own Skype Unlimited.
6. Has access to a computer with internet connection
7. Have active PayPal account to receive salary/commission payments
