Looking for Appointment Setter/Telemarketer for Employee Benefits

I am looking for someone to work, calling on local USA businesses, trying to set appointments for Employee Benefits. If you have insurance or Aflac experience, this may be a good fit.

If it works out, I will end up hiring full-time. I have no problem putting someone on 40 hours, if it makes sense to do so.

Must be proficient in the English language with a clear speaking voice, good personality, easily trained, and/or experienced in setting these type of appointments.

I am preferably looking for a female with a sweet sounding voice and a good personality, but anyone very motivated will do.
