Job Description:
We are a small marketing company in San Diego, CA looking for a LONG TERM full time American virtual assistant to help manage our client projects, help manage other contracted service providers and help us stay on top of all of our obligations.
Your responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Project and Task Fulfillment
- Customer Service
- Extremely Organized, Resourceful and able to Learn quickly
- Attention To Detail
- Content Management and Proofreading Capabilities
- Detailed Communication Skills
- Be flexible and take on other responsibilities
MUST HAVE:
1) Must speak perfect English, have a fantastic internet connection with video camera and work California / Pacific time zone.
2) Able to manage multiple client projects to reach a successful outcome
3) Must able to handle a fast-paced fluid working environment where project importance could change daily.
4) You must have a reliable internet connection and be up 99% of the time.
5) You must be able to video skype at any point in the day
6) You must be able to talk with our clients and give good customer support.
7) Must be able to start immediately, show up on time and be at work every day.
Your qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or VA preferred
- Marketing knowledge, skills and software knowledge is preferred
- Strong understanding of Internet and Computer
- References or an established reputation on Elance preferred
