Telemarketing / Appointment Setter

Seeking hard working, talented Real Estate Telemarketer / Appointment Setter. Must have good sales skills and speak fluent, easy to understand English. High speed internet required. Positions available to start immediately.

-Real Estate experience (Sellers) is a huge plus BUT not required
-Must have advance communication skills in English both written & speaking
-Must have VOIP to call US unlimited (optional - we will be providing a dialer)
-Must have reliable internet & quite environment (at least 2mbps)
-Can work US hours - flexible (Time zones: EST, CST, MST and PST)
-Must know how to use business application software for example: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc..
-Online Application like Google Apps (Docs, calendar, etc.)
-CRM background preferred
-Both inbound & outbound for warm & cold calls
-Comfortable with or without script
