Order Generation

I need Telecaller who can call 1000s of US number and get Orders from them, every successful order carries 5 to 10% commission and if the targets are achieved them additional bonus can be expected. Generally a Order is $500 values minimum and can go upto $4000 , so bigger the order, bigger the commission.
